I spoke with a Roadmaster technician to verify the correct fit for your 1999 Chevy Roadtrek 200 Popular and found that the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar and Axle Mounting Kit # RM-1109-150-00 is the correct fit. While I do have a possible solution for you, there aren't any custom fit front mount hitches designed for your 2019 Chevy 4500 Cutaway Chassis so for your application you'll need to use an adjustable hitch like the Curt # C13701. This will require you to trim the crossbeam of the Curt hitch as well as figure out how to fit it to your Chevy so if this isn't something you're comfortable with I recommend having a shop help you out with it.
